The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the visual displays & prop production and willing to work a flexible schedule.

Summary of Position This position provides project management and design assistance.
The ideal candidate will have several years of Project Management experience in visual displays & props production andlarge format printing.
Knowledge of various materials including acrylic, metal, wood, foam and vinyl.
You may be required to travel out of state when project requires.
Essential Duties Acts as a liaison between our sales department, clients, and factory production facility for certain key accounts.
Identifies, investigates and resolves project related issues and concerns with the client, including quoting, order entry, job card process, execution, shipping, and installation of finished products, and ensures that the best possible customer service is delivered.
Participates on daily production meetings to ensure customers' production needs are being met, and provides sales team with updates as required.
Correctly inputs the necessary data using various forms such as quote order and sales forms, spec change requests, and/or sample requests to facilitate the timely entry and quick turnaround of client needs.
Utilizes knowledge of Adobe suite of products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to design, edit and create client factsheets, product installation instructions, and other documents as needed.
Travels to client sites to assist in the proper installation of visual displays.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
fabrication and print production of fixtures and displays including identifying and working with all types of raw materials including wood, acrylic, vinyl and foam.
Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) experience a must.
Skill/Ability to:
establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients and contractors; demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication; operates computers using standard word processing, spreadsheet, and design software; display superior organizational skills including following up with clients and resolving issues in a timely manner; capable of conducting independent research and offering solutions; proactively manages the product life cycle and corrects errors immediately.
Acceptable Experience and Training Graduation from an accredited university with a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration or related field and three to five years of progressively responsible project management experience in visual displays, props, decor & large format printing.
Certificates and Licenses Required Project Management Certification a plus.
