Process, record, reconcile and track all WO/DT receivables (Cash, Check, CC) Create Invoice once receivable is verified Create Credits based on partner/salesperson communication Request all credit approvals/Return requests to PRP yards through EZ Respond to all inquiries re:
payments for customers & refunds Maintain and properly organize, file electronic and/or hard copy records Handle Dispatch incoming calls as needed Misc.
clerical duties Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and department heads contributing to a positive team environment Schedule:
