Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained.
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control measures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and food production processes.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Skills:
- Strong background in food service or hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of employees.
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management techniques.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
