?The Collections Supervisor ensures the staff is accurately trained?and efficiently processing all accounts while complying with company policies and federal and state laws.? ?


  • Adheres and enforces FDCPA/TCPA/ HIPAA and other government regulations as defined in our training and company policies

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals

  • Able to analyze and document for quality assurance

  • Monitor performance metrics

  • Assist with fielding staff questions

  • Maintains a pleasant, professional and efficient manner when dealing with consumers

  • Accurately reflects documentation in notes on accounts

  • On a regular basis, sets and reviews individual and group goals

  • Collaborates with the management team to schedule the collections staff to ensure proper coverage

  • Conducts frequent reviews of agent documented notes and assists with coaching staff

  • Completes month end measurements and implements appropriate action plans on unsatisfactory items as necessary

  • Conducts routine account audits

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism

  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the company


  • College degree required

  • Experience in A/R and collections (supervisory experience required)

  • Knowledge of FDCPA/HIPAA as well as Federal and State Law requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Utilize effective decision making skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor in the work place

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
